Intoscape Pricing - Your return on investment questions considered

but what is it going to cost?”
Intoscape runs some of the most complicated pricing algorithms of any solution available today, but even it cannot fix prices based on the unknown. So it is impossible for us to publish a price list for a solution for you, because every system is different, just as every company is different.
One of the great features of Intoscape, is that its flexible architecture allows us to customise a solution exactly to fit the host business. Although all the functional components of the core architecture are available in the base licence, not all functionality may need to be ‘live’ in you final solution.
So how do we price the solution and how can we help calculate your return on investment?
Total Commerce Management’s business is quite simple. Our Pricing model is based on 4 key business areas.
- We own the exclusive rights to Intoscape Technology. When you buy an Intoscape based solution you buy a perpetual licence to use the core technology. This is a one off payment, the value of which is determined by the complexity of the component integration used and the amount of Professional Service time required to deploy the ‘live’ solution.
- We will provide a full range of Professional Technical Services, utilising our business process engineers, our development team and our commercial team to plan and implement your technology solution powered by Intoscape. Initially, we would recommend a technical scoping period, followed by the production of a business requirements document, which will detail exactly your requirements and a detailed estimate of the PS man-days required to build and deploy your Intoscape environment. The scoping and Business Requirements Document are subject to standard day rate charges.
This will provide us with a budget and a time period for delivery and a binding contract for both parties is agreed.
- As your core licence is perpetual, you will be required to enter in to an annualised maintenance agreement, based on 25% of the core licence value. This will ensure that we maintain your implementation and maintain elements such as supplier feeds and competitor scrapes continually throughout that maintenance period. You will also benefit from FREE upgrades of any system improvements to the core architecture.
- Of course, access to our expert Professional Services team will always be on hand and as your business evolves, you may need additional help to expand or include previously unused modules from your original deployment, or include new divisions or new businesses to benefit from the technology. Professional Services are available at standard day rates or can be quoted as fixed price projects subject to scoping and BRD agreement.
