The  24/36 month duration license are paid for monthly or quarterly . The price is dependent on the number of key modules you buy. For example a module starts from £250 per month , if all modules are supplied the cost will be circa £3,333 per month. When all modules are deployed the savings equate to the employment of circa 15 people per year dependent on the size of your online catalogue. The increase in sales, margin are apparent quickly from deployment. Other costs include set up  and training which will enable you to optimize your investment in a short period of time.

One of the great features of Intoscape, is that its flexible architecture allows us to customise a solution exactly to fit the host business. Although all the functional components of the core architecture are available in the base licence.

We will provide a full range of Professional Technical Services, utilising our business process engineers, our development team and our commercial team to plan and implement your technology solution powered by Intoscape. Initially, we would recommend a technical scoping period, followed by the production of a business requirements document, which will detail exactly your requirements and a detailed estimate  required to build and deploy your Intoscape environment. This will provide us with a budget and a time period for delivery.
   
   
2. Will upgrades and new releases be included in the price? We will ensure that we maintain your implementation and maintain elements such as supplier feeds and competitor scrapes continually throughout the period. You will also benefit from FREE upgrades of any system improvements to the core architecture
   
   
3. Of course, access to our expert Professional Services team will always be on hand and as your business evolves, you may need additional help to expand or include previously unused modules from your original deployment, or include new divisions or new businesses to benefit from the technology. Professional Services are available at standard day rates or can be quoted as fixed price projects subject to scoping and BRD agreement.
